An digital extract can be requested by both authenticated persons (having an electronic signature) and an unauthenticated person, but in this case unauthenticated persons will be able to request an extract from the State Register and receive the requested document, only on paper, with its receipt at the multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency or to the address indicated by the applicant, through the state delivery service MDelivery. Authenticated persons can receive the requested digital document entering in the account (MCabinet) registered as individual or as legal entity.
