List of priority occupations in the Republic of Moldova
Priority Occupations in Moldova
In order to meet the labor needs of the national economy, the Government of Moldova approved the List of Priority Occupations based on the following selection criteria:
1) the number of vacancies registered with the National Employment Agency for these occupations exceeds 100, and the request for replacement cannot be satisfied within one month;
2) the ratio between the number of registered vacancies and the number of registered unemployed in these occupations is at least 2:1.
Foreign citizens may carry out work activity on the territory of the country on the basis of a work permit in Moldova, issued by the competent authority for foreigners at the request of the employer.
